At just 27, Jeramy (they/he) brings a bold, people-first vision to Arlington. Their platform centers on affordability, access, and rights for all Arlingtonians—not just the privileged few. Through their Diverse Housing Initiative, Jeramy will expand housing options and push back against the skyrocketing rents displacing longtime residents. Their Accessibility Without Limits plan ensures inclusivity across the board—from community spaces to pet-friendly infrastructure.
One of Jeramy’s most transformative goals is making Arlington a public transportation heaven. Through their Multi-Mobility Policy, they envision a county where safe, efficient, and accessible transit is the norm—not the exception. This means investing in pedestrian-only streets, protected bike lanes, reliable bus networks, and integrated transit systems that actually work for residents. Jeramy believes every Arlingtonian should be able to move through their community safely and affordably, without relying on a car.
Since moving to Arlington in 2023, Jeramy has volunteered across nonprofit spaces and stayed deeply rooted in community issues. In conversations with renters, workers, and families, they’ve heard the same story: Arlington isn’t working for the people—it’s working for profit and political convenience.
Jeramy is running to secure the rights of every Arlingtonian—the right to live affordably, move freely, and have a government that listens. They aren’t tied to party agendas or special interests. Their commitment is clear: people over party—always.
Let’s build an Arlington that works for all of us. Together, we can create a county where everyone can live, move, and thrive.
Jeramy enlisted in the United States Air Force in November 2016 and encountered various challenges, leading to their separation from service in November 2018. Since then, Jeramy has remained active in the community, participating in various non-profit organizations and community programs.
Jeramy engages actively with the community and dedicates themselves to fostering an inclusive environment where all Arlingtonians can voice their concerns and connect with their leaders. While interacting with residents, Jeramy identified pressing housing issues by speaking to long-term renters who shared their struggles. They described the challenges of escaping the cycle of renting due to exorbitant home prices and the scarcity of available properties. Rent increases, which have been uncontrollable and relentless, further exacerbate the difficulties of living in the county. Jeramy commits to making Arlington County a place where residents can thrive throughout their lives.
